At Premier we use ‘shotcrete’ ­ the wet concrete process which has many advantages for volume, structural and decorative use. Great strength can be achieved with a minimum amount of formwork and shotcrete also has the benefits of speed, efficiency and versatility and is ideal for free form shapes of all sizes, monolithic structures and refurbishment. Large volumes of concrete can be sprayed quickly, even with the minimum of access, as was shown on Grand Designs last year when we were contracted to spray the pile facings for a basement at the end of a tiny mews road in London.

 

The company has a full consultant engineering service, drawing office and design facilities and can undertake most Civil Engineering projects involving pneumatically sprayed concrete.
